Earlier a place where coal and wine was sold, this Fado's House has been run by the fadista Maria Jô-Jô for the last twenty
eight years.
She redecorated it with some wooden sailboatnoses on the ceiling and covered the floor with the so called portuguese sidewalk
(calçada portuguesa ) with big music claves drawn on it. In this specially conceived fado environment you can listen and enjoy
the very portuguese song, the fado.
